We would emailing at least 15-20 counties in the state or states you choose to start with.  We also would suggest starting with the larger or largest size counties in the state or states you start with

Some great states to start with would be Georgia, Oklahoma, Maryland, Pennsylvania

Emailing each county treasury website or county tax collector website is very effective getting tax sale overage lists.
